Garden Glam

Towana and Jordan are two college sweethearts who were looking to throw a garden glam wedding. What better place to have it than the Madison Hotel? The space was dressed up with dusty rose, pink, white, and burgundy flowers, with gold finishes.

What I absolutely admired about this wedding was all of the different ways guests could interact at the ceremony and send their best wishes. For the ceremony, they set up bells to ring and bubbles to blow during the recessional. During cocktail hour and reception, guests could sign their well wishes on a record framed in acrylic, highlight their favorite bible verses, and write date ideas to place in a jar. On the record label, it included songs that were featured on their big day.

During the reception, guests were treated to a three-course meal, plus cake. About seven family members stood up to give their blessings to Towana and Jordan. All of them truly spoke from the heart, saying nothing but wonderful blessings. When it was time to dance, everyone got on the dance floor, moving to R&B and hip hop, both new and old. To close out the night, the whole bridal party came together for a successful sparkler send off. This intimate wedding went late into the night, where love and faith were established in their marriage, and will continue for the rest of their lives. Congratulations, Towana and Jordan.
